As I started working as a translator and content writer to help people's businesses, I am skilled in the role of support, and I love to go the extra miles given any task. Although, when I am within a group, I can spot when the unclear workflow or lack of concrete targets might breed conflict or cause the group to break. To resolve those problems, I can take charge to engage everyone to agree on our goals, delegate tasks, and keep the morale high even post-production to keep the group in tact and in high spirits for the next goal and their personal development.
